On Saturday June 12, 2010 we presented the Genealogy Gems Podcast show in front of a live audience at the Southern California Genealogy Society Jamboree 2010. Our intention was to record the audio through the sound system, but alas there was a glitch. However, all was not lost. I did hand our volunteer helper and Premium listener Susan Moss my Flip Video Camera and thankfully she captured much of the show. (Thank you Susan!!) So please keep in mind that this is videotaping on the fly, in an outdoor Pavilion with no extra lighting and planes flying overhead! But regardless of the challenges, we had a wonderful time, a packed house, and I'm so happy that we can bring this videocast presentation to you to give you a glimpse of the fun. Not captured on video, but snapped with my digital camera by listener Jamie Mayhew (my gals are the BEST!) was my special surprise guest, my Grandson Davy!!  Comments[10]
